All shipped orders will be processed and shipped 2-3 business days after being placed.
All packages are shipped by FedEx or UPS

In California:

  • No Minimum Order

  • $35 flat rate shipping in CA

    Outside California:

  • Minimum Order $300.00

  • Shipping Based on Distance from California through Carrier

  • Within CA, packages are shipped “2 Day or Home Delivery” Monday-Thursday.

  • Outside of CA, packages will be shipped

    • 2 Day shipping Monday-Wednesday or

    • Overnight Monday-Thursday

  • Orders placed at end of the shipping week will be shipped out the following Monday.

  • Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation for your order and a separate email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

  • All steaks are shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with freezer packs. This will keep your steaks at a safe temperature for up to four days while shipping. Products will arrive frozen or partially thawed. Please place steaks in freezer after unboxing.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Shipments require a street address for delivery. We cannot ship to any PO boxes.

  • Damage or spoilage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids any guarantee. Please verify your shipping address.

  • The Wagyu House is not responsible for any damaged packaging due to Fed-Ex or UPS shipping mishandling. If the carrier shows “Delivered” but your packages is not there please message us within 4hrs of stamped delivery time for us to handle the situation otherwise we cannot accept responsibility for any mishaps.

Can I cancel my order?

Please email us immediately as it would have to be cancelled before it ships out. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped then we can cancel your order. You will be charged the payment system’s processing fee. Cancellation due to shipping company’s delay are not eligible for cancellation. If excessively delayed where it effects the meat, then it will be credited or resent. 

Can I return my order?
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges once items are produced. You may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us for any questions. Our products are perishable, and it is our policy that products can never be returned except when requested.
